Refund policy

Every Chaos Drop item is printed on demand just for you by our production partner, Printful. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size choices. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us at shopchaosdrop@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Lost package? If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time or your order never arrives, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and Printful to replace it.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
